A. You are billed when the Worker or Candidate submits the requirement. Until it is submitted, no charges are applied.

Q. Am I charged when I assign a Requirement?

A. No. Assigning a requirement to your People does not incur a charge. The charge is applied only once the requirement is submitted.

Q. What if the Worker or Candidate never submits the requirement?

A. Charges are not applied until the Requirement is submitted, so you are not billed for a Requirement that has not been submitted.

Q. Who submits the Requirement?

A. The Worker or Candidate you assigned it to completes and submits it.
