How do I view all activities assigned to a Kinatico Compliance app user?

On Kinatico Compliance, you may want to review all activities assigned to a specific app user and monitor the status of each activity.


What You'll Need:

  • A team member account on your organisations Kinatico Compliance portal
  • An Access Role assigned to your account at allows you to view the Insights reports

Time Required: 1 minute


Step 1: Locate the user on your reports 

  • Select Insights from the main navigation bar 
  • Select Compliance View in the top left corner 
  • Next to View by, change the dropdown option to Users 
  • In the search bar, type in the users name 
  • Find the user within the list 

Step 2: Go to the users Insights page 

  • Select the 3-dot icon on the right of the user in the list 
  • Select Insights: [Users Name] 

Step 3: Review the user’s assigned activities 

  • View the status of each assigned activity from the list at the bottom of the page
  • Search for specific assigned activites assigned using the search bar
  • Select the 3-dot icon on an assigned activity and Activity Details: [Activity Name] to see the status of all individuals assigned the same activity. If a user has completed the activity, select the 3-dot icon on the activity name to see their response details 

💡 Pro Tip: Use the status filters to quickly identify overdue or completed activities.


Recommended Next Steps

  • Go to the Manage Activities page to assign additional activities

Troubleshooting

Issue: User appears in user directory but shows no assigned activities

Solution:

  • Verify the user has been assigned to relevant activity groups
  • Check that activities have been properly configured and activated
  • Confirm the user has received their app invitation and logged in

Issue: Activity status not updating despite user completion

Solution:

  • Check the user's mobile app is syncing properly
  • Verify the activity was submitted correctly through the app
  • Allow 5-10 minutes for system synchronisation

When to escalate: If activity statuses continue to show incorrectly after verification and waiting for sync, contact technical support for data synchronisation troubleshooting.
