Common Questions

Q: What happens after I send the invitation? A: The team member receives an email with instructions to set up their account. They'll need to accept the invitation and create their login credentials. You can track the status of all pending invitations in the Pending Invites section.

Q: Can I change a team member's access level after they've joined? A: Yes, you can modify access permissions at any time through Admin Management. Navigate to the active team members section and edit their assigned role. Changes take effect immediately.

Troubleshooting

Issue: Team member says they didn't receive the invitation email

Solution: Check that the email address was entered correctly and ask them to check their spam/junk folder. Resend the invitation if needed from the Pending Invites section. Prevention: Confirm email addresses before sending and advise recipients to whitelist your organisation's domain.

Issue: None of the default access roles fit my team member's needs

Solution: Create a custom Access Role by selecting the custom option during setup. You can configure specific permissions for activities, reporting, user management, and system settings.
