How do we setup our new workspace?
Getting your organisation's compliance platform operational is straightforward when you follow the right sequence. This guide gives you a high-level summary of how to set-up your new workspace.

- Admin access to your Kinatico Compliance Account

Instructions
Step 1: Configure Your Organisational Departments
- From the main Navigation go to Organisations>User Directory
- Select +Add
- Select Department
- Input the Department Name, Department Description (optional) and Owner
- Select Add then Add department

Step 2: Add Users to Your User Directory
Before you can send someone an activity to complete, they must exist in the App User Directory. On the free plan, you can add up to 5 users manually.
- From the main navigation go to Organisations>User Directory
- Select +Add
- Select User
- Fill in the 4 sections about the user (Purpose, Basic details, Address, Organisation)
💡 Pro Tip: On the paid plan, you can import your user directory by integrating with your HRIS.

Step 3: Explore the Activity Library
- From the main navigation go to Activities>Library
- Click into each activity to preview it
- Standard: Activities included in your subscription
- Custom Activities: A form builder that lets you create activities from scratch and save them on your account
- Add On: Industry standard activities you can purchase
Step 4: Assign Your First Activity
When you assign an activity to an app user, it prompts them to download the app and complete the outstanding task.
- From the main navigation go to Activities>Manage Activities
- Select +Assign Activity

Solution:
- Verify user email addresses are correct in their profiles
- Check users' spam/junk email folders
