What Are Credentials on the Kinatico Compliance App?

Your Credentials and Qualifications screen is a real-time record of the Activities you've completed, confirming you're compliant and cleared to perform your role.

What It Shows

Each completed Activity becomes a credential card, showing the Activity name and its completion date. This gives you and anyone checking your compliance a clear, verified view of what's been done and when, without needing to chase down records.

Why It Matters

Your credentials confirm you're compliant and cleared to perform your duties, not just that you've ticked off some Activities. This is especially useful when moving between sites or onboarding onto a new project. You can show your compliance status on the spot, with nothing to wait on.

Who Can See My Credentials?

Only you can view your Credentials and Qualifications screen in the app. Administrators see your compliance status separately, through the User Directory in the Admin Portal. Nothing on your screen is shared automatically; you choose when and to whom you show it.
