What compliance status are new hires given?

Kinatico applies the same compliance rules consistently across all user types in your organisation.

When a user is assigned their first activity, they will appear in your Insights reports for the first time. Every user begins with a Compliant status, including profiles with the User Type - Pre-employment. Compliance status only changes when an assigned activity becomes overdue or when a completed activity fails verification requirements.
