What do the different activity statuses mean?
Understanding activity statuses provides clear visibility over your compliance progress, helping you track where each team member stands in their requirements. Kinatico uses two types of status indicators to give you complete insight into your people's compliance journey.
Types of Admin Activity Statuses
There are two statuses associated with an activity.
- Timeline Status - Communicates what stage the activity is at in it the lifecycle.
- Detailed Status - Communicates in more detail what substage the activity is at, and therefore what party need to take action to progress it.

Timeline Statuses
| To Do | Activity has been assigned but isn't available to the user as the start date is in the future. |

| In Progress | Start date is in the past and the activity response hasn't reached an end state yet. |
| Completed | Processing is complete and results are available in the admin portal, includes exempted activities (final status). |
| Failed | Activity response has been marked as a failure by an admin (final status). |
| Overdue | Activity response was not attempted before the due date (final status). |
Detailed Statuses
| Not Started | Activity response has not been submitted by the candidate. |

| In Progress | Activity response has been submitted but an outcome hasn't been reached. The activity may be sitting with the admin to resend the activity in My Actions (user gave an invalid response that was rejected), the user to reattempt if they were reminded to complete an overdue activity, or in the queue for processing. |
| Verifying Result | Results are sitting with the user to authorise sharing with the organisation. |
| Verifying Result Code P | The user is following the dispute process. |
| Kinatico Review | Activity response is awaiting Kinatico review. |
| Kinatico Review Code P | Activity response is awaiting Kinatico review after initial results were disputed by the user. |
| Org Review | Activity response is with the organisation to review under My Actions on the admin portal. |
| Deferred | Deferral request was approved by the organisation. |
| Exempted | Exemption request was approved by the organisation. |
| Completed | Activity results have been returned to the admin portal. |
| Failed | Activity response was marked as a Fail by the organisation. |
| Overdue | An activity response was not given before the due date and is now sitting with the admin to remind and reopen. |
Types of Mobile User Activity Statuses
| To Do | Activity is ready to be attempted. |

| In Progress | Activity response has been submitted and is in the queue for processing. |
| Rejected | Submitted activity response has been rejected (e.g. incorrect name provided, server error) and needs to be reopened by an admin. |
| Urgent | Activity has been reopened by the admin for the user to reattempt. |
| Verifying Result | User needs to authorise sharing of the results. |
| Kinatico Review | Activity response has been submitted and is in the queue for Kinatico to review. |
| Org Review | Activity response is with the organisation admins to determine the outcome. |
| Deferred | Organisation admins have approved the deferral request. |
| Exempted | Organisation admins have approved the exemption request. |
| Completed | Activity results have been processed and shared with the organisation. |
| Failed | Activity response was marked a failure by an organisation admin. |
| Overdue | Activity response wasn't submitted before the due date and needs to be reopened by an organisation admin. |
